I'm a bit scared to go to my first
meeting. Any suggestions?
Yes, give us a call or
send us an email and
we can arrange to have someone meet you, so that
you'll at least know someone when you come.
Are there rules?
We operate on the principle of respect, for
ourselves, other and the group. In practical terms,
that means, no drugs or alcohol, aggressive
behaviour or hate. We want this to be a safe place
to explore who you are and who you want to become,
that means, who you see, and what is said at group,
stays at group.
I have some ideas for the group. What
should I do?
Bring them along and share them. We are
always looking for new and innovative ideas.
